The serenity on board offers a lap of luxury, complete with an outdoor cinema, helipad, pool, and Jacuzzi.
Kurt Strand has created the ultimate maritime paradox. This New 253-foot hybrid, the Scandinavian luxury Yacht Silence, boasts an intriguing dual nature – gliding silently over the waters, yet making a bold visual statement.
This vessel, conceived by Strand's design studio, features a robust steel hull, a sleek aluminum superstructure, and fluid lines seamlessly connecting the bow and stern. The exterior, inspired by Scandinavian minimalism and eco-consciousness, allows for eight hours of silent, emissions-free cruising in electric mode while reaching speeds of up to 26 knots.
The interior, envisioned by Acoya Design House, exudes Scandi-chic elegance. Anchored in nature, it boasts a serene color scheme, minimalist Nordic furnishings, and a blend of natural elements and organic shapes. Founder Anja Carlsson envisions a rise in these understated yacht interiors, offering an escape from bustling lifestyles and cluttered spaces.
Spanning four decks, the living spaces boast expansive glass panels and airy, open layouts. The yacht accommodates up to 14 guests across seven spacious suites and provides for a crew of 20.
The upper deck hosts a lavish owner's suite, featuring an expansive bedroom leading to a rear terrace with a Jacuzzi and sun loungers—a serene retreat for ultimate relaxation.
On the main deck, a luminous lounge connects seamlessly to an outdoor beach club with a pool and lounge area. Meanwhile, the sundeck embodies indoor-outdoor living, housing an exterior Jacuzzi, outdoor cinema, and a 14-seater dining space, complemented by a refined bar and gaming area indoors.
Additional highlights comprise a wellness space and a helipad on the foredeck that doubles as a sun-soaked lounge or event space. Silence also offers ample storage for two 33-foot tenders, six Jet Skis, and various water toys—everything you could desire for a luxurious sea escape.
